If this happens, you may first try to reset MetaStock to default settings. Please refer to the separate post on that in the FAQ section.
If that does not fix the issue, you may try the following:
Close MetaStock.
Open Registry Editor in Microsoft Windows.
Navigate to the entry shown in the image below and delete the two items named XPos and YPos.
Close Registry Editor.
Run MetaStock.
That should solve the issue. If it is still not solved, you may contact MetaStock support for their help.
