The CUE Global license may not be validated under some circumstances, e.g. from a secured office environment/Internet.
This may happen if the Firewall, high-security Internet, or Anti-Virus Protection Software has been set up to bar certain connections from your computer to the external world (cloud, where the CUE license server is based).
When this happens, CUE charts may appear as below.
Note: The same chart without the usual colored indicators appears if you do not have a valid license from CUE Global. How do you ensure you have a valid CUE Global license? You may change the Internet connection from your office/secure Internet to your mobile hotspot. If that displays the CUE charts properly but the office/secure environment does not, then the office/secure environment is barring access to the CUE Global license server.
The solution is to ensure port 44444 is open in the office/secure environment. If that port is blocked you may contact your Internet provider or IT department to open it.
That has been seen to resolve the issue in the office/secured environment.
